Start the day with a shot of energy provided by the deliciously varied American-style breakfast buffet and set off to explore the Eternal City with a spring in your step.

At lunchtime, you’ll find it hard to resist the chef’s tasty creations, from the quirkily shaped "Piatto Quadro", or Artistic Assortment, featuring a sample selection of fish, meat or vegetable specialities to the classics of Roman and international cuisine.

And for dinner, surrender to the temptation offered by a sophisticated, original menu featuring Mediterranean flavours and aromas, skilfully combined with local tradition and a generous pinch of culinary flair by our Chef Marco Petroni.

Breakfast: 6.30 a.m.– 11.00 a.m.
Lunch: 12.00 noon – 2.30 p.m.
Dinner: 7.00 p.m. – 10.30 p.m.
